A statement about Coronavirus / COVID-19 and your Bookings


We wish to reassure all of our guests that we are taking significant measures to ensure that our hotels are a safe place to visit and that we are being as flexible as possible in regards to bookings and any rescheduling that may happen.  As the situation around Coronavirus evolves we will keep a close monitor on things and advise immediately if there is anything that will affect your booking.  As it stands currently everything is fine to carry on as planned.

The safety of our guests and staff remains our highest priority.  We will continue to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in response to the Coronavirus, we have taken additional measures to ensure cleaning and hygiene protocols are even more rigorous and will continue to adjust any food and beverage service in accordance with current food safety recommendations.

Given these unique circumstances and to provide you with additional peace of mind,  please be assured we will work with you to find an amicable solution should any rescheduling of bookings be required however this would only happen if absolutely necessary and on the advice of the Scottish Government guidelines.

UPDATE 30/04/2020
Unfortunately due to the extension of lock down the hotel will remain closed – we had hoped to be back as a team for the 30th April however that has not been possible. Our understanding is the Government will be announcing new guidelines from 7th May that will outline any changes to the current situation and a way forward for the future. We have a few of our team coming back into the business from 4th May who will be working on getting in touch with all customers who had a booking during the lock down period to resolve any outstanding matters (23rd March to 16th May as an interim start) – if you were due to stay during this time and if you haven’t already done so you can reach out via email to res@loch-lomond.co.uk and we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible. We would ask for patience during this time as we have quite a backlog to get through however rest assured once we have dealt with the current period we will then move onto the next in a date ordered process.
